nope ! Only one operating system per computer and those two are incompatible anyway.

Legally you have to have one license for each operating system. This means you cannot legally "download" Windows XP if you do not already have a license for this product.

If you do have a license for this product then you can have more than one operating system by keep them in separate hard drive partitions and having a boot loader software like System Commander or you can get Virtual PC 2005 from Microsoft for free and run Windows XP on top of Windows Vista.

The things I described above are not things that your average user can accomplish easily so you will have to do a lot of reading and do a lot of planning before you go ahead and do something like this.

only if you repartition the disk. Plus you can't just download XP, you have to have the CD and install it in an empty partition.
