i was wondering about iam black irish with dark hair and hazel eyes is that true of the black irish?

"Black Irish" would be used to describe those with dark hair. Complexions might vary as will eye color - I would describe Courtney Cox as Black Irish - if she were Irish which I don't know. But it might just be a dark hair and eyed Irish person, regardless of their skin tone.

EDIT: Perhaps I should clarify - black Irish does not refer to African Americans from Ireland or with Irish blood! lol It refers to caucasian people FROM Ireland or of Irish descent who, instead of being fair skinned and haired, are very dark haired. Like Courtney Cox, whose ancestry I'm not familiar with, but that's the look.
