I don't feel lightheaded or dizzy any other time than when I am yawning. I eat a healthy diet, lower in carbs, high in fiber and protien. I am anemic, but am on iron and B6 supplements. I get 8 hours of sleep, exercise, have low cholesterol and blood pressure. I have hypothyroiditis that is being treated with meds.

I guess so, I feel faint some times when I cough a lot. Must have some thing to do with oxygen, breathing and hipper ventilation.

When a person yawns, that is a normal reaction of the body when the brain lacks oxygen..maybe that's why you feel a little bit dizzy when you yawn..its not because of the yawning, its because of the brain taht lacks oxygen

it don't think its unusual, I feel dizzy every once in a while. If you do actually faint you should probably ask your doctor about it and make sure its nothing serious

Well, it would be your eating habits, or lack of sleep!
