If a mosquito bits a man (or a woman, whatever) that died by hige levels of radiation but still had some living cells, then bites someone else, could that person that was bitten become a zombie? or could that person just get sick and/of die?

dude, what? of corse not because to become a zombie you have to be bitten by the zomby it self not a mosquito.

to make a Zombie you need some extract of the venom of the puffer fish. this puts the person into a deathlike paralysis. then bury them shallowly and dig them up after nightfall. the lack of oxygen to the brain in the coffin will render the person partially brain damaged and subservient to your will.
