Is there anyway where I can a song to someone's hotmail and upon opening the song plays?

It's my anniversary with my girlfriend, we met in Iowa, but i had to move, I wanted to do a singing person but she wasn't sure if she'd be home, so this is what i have to do. I want to the song "Aint no mountain high enough" Please Help Me!

If you have it in your music files,then you can either right click it and select 'send to' 'email' Or if you in your email account,just select 'attach' then 'browse' when you find the track,clck it and it will be selected as the file you wish to attach,just click attach file in your email and it will load ot to mail.
