There were numerous tests that were made to discover differences in circumference and length of penis size by ethnicity. Some of these were due to what can be called rascist notions based off of specific presumptions made in the past. In the past 10 years, most of the studies were made by condom manufacturers to better develop their product. The twist that one study in England had was that out of a small group of males who were measured in their glory and in shame, none of the men of Asian origin had condom breakage, while a small percentage of white caucasians did and a large percentage of men of african origin did.On condom slippage, it was found that none of the black males had slippage whilst a numerous amount of white males did. The reason this study was inconclusive was that it did not take into consideration the level of competence of the men in putting the condom on (for breakage) nor did it mention publicly that the researches noted that larger penises tend to have more slippage in certain scenarios due to the inability stretch the condom on correctly and fully. All in all too many factors play in to this study and the same has been noted everytime someone has attempted to perform this study. It is easy though by looking at the reported numbers for breakage and slippage why some people would look only at that and come to an assumption. Previously there was also a study that showed that a larger number of black men had larger penises when in a flaccid state as opposed to white males. This study was widely publicized as proving the difference in penis sizes even though the study was not reproduced to show the same results nor was it taken into consideration that men of all ethnicities and color can have a penis that tends to remain the same size in both flaccid and erect states as opposed to the norm of men having "shrinkage" when going about their daily business. :) There are many other reasons for the misconceptions but they are generally based off some backwards presumptions and I feel that those viewpoints do not need to be expressed here as they come from a viewpoint of black men being a sub-human race. So if you believe in that, then I guess you can believe me when I say that my penis is only two inches...from the floor :P (could be true if I was really short I guess)

I remember reading once that almost everyone from one culture thinks the members of another culture's are bigger. The author speculated that perhaps this provided incentives to females of one group to mate with others and thus make the population more fit.
