I don't know why it does this and when I try to restore my computer to an earlier time, system restore states that it cannot restore my computer to the time that I picked. Can anyone help me? Otherwise, my computer works fine.

try to rerun explorer
hit the window logo and keep holding then hit R
type explorer.exe
and see what happens
