It just depends on your family history. A lot of my friends who are shorter (5'-5'6) stopped growing around the age of 12 or 13, around the time they got their periods.
In my family, however, where everyone is quite tall (I'm 6'), we grew for many years after starting our periods. My sister didn't stop growing for 4 years after she got hers. I didn't stop growing until I was 19 or 20, and that was 6 of 7 years after I got mine...
Look around your family. Are the women traditionally around the height you are now, or are they signficantly taller? That should help answer your question.

I got my first period when I was 10.
I'm currently 17.
I've grown a whopping 1.5 inches in that time period.
Granted, I was tall for a 10 year old, I am currently 5'3.5.
My friends and my doctor still say I have a chance of growing another inch or two.
My gramma got married when she was 19 and grew a couple inches later.
It all depends on your individual genetics I think.

You'll still grow, I'm 19 and I started my first period when I was 14.. as of last year I grew a whole inch, and I was sure I'd stopped growing.

Of course you would still grow! A girl stops growing at age 18 because the epiphyseal line / plate in your long bones closes or becomes hard, preventing you from growing

you will of course grow
the first period comes during your puberty. Yow will continue growing until puberty ends, at around 18 years of age. It will be mostly noticeable between the ages 13 and 15

From my own personal experience, yes. I grew a few more inches afterward. Nothing huge, but maybe 2-4 more inches is what I gained. It stops a few years after, I'd say.

You will grow, just because you got it when you were 12 doesn't mean your whole body stops
