My favorite is the British or Scottish accent. I think that they sound so interesting and different.
My least favorite is probably the southern George W. Bush accent.

I love Scottish accents and Cockney accents-along with London accents in general. Also, Italian accents.
My least favorite is the Mississippi or Alabama accents. They just mumble everything.

I agree with you! I LOVE british accents =] I also love New York accents haha

Least fave is the Wisconsin accent. Nothing sounds more uneducated! (It's ok for me to say that because I live there).

I like Irish accents.
I loathe any form of american accents, they always sound as though they are pronouncing every vowel in a word to me, when they talk.
