Not with my own machine because if I have a problem with that doesn't solve by re-booting thenI just simply reload windows.
I save all my files on an external hard drive and save all my set up files for anything that I download seperate.
I reload windows every three months to get rid of all the crap that you pick up on the internet and most people who pick up trojans etc have probably come across the odd porn site.
At work though its a different thing and our machines are crap. I got an old pentium 3 and it regularly gets a kicking when it freezes. Odd thing is here though is it sticks when I first log on, I give it a kick and it goes in straight away. I make everyone laugh in the office but know one day I will kill it for sure. It got a few cracks on the front now and a dent in the casing but the F**King thing still won't die. The front cover falls off really easy now. Am going to rub loads of balloons together to create static and give it an electric shock or maybe accidently plug into a 3 phase socket. I even tried to get a colleagues dog to pee on it but that didn't work. Any ideas to kill my works pc would help. THANKS

This question made me laugh. Thank you. No, I have never smashed my computer but when I was in 7th grade I smashed the keyboard on one of those old fashion typewriters and got kicked out of typing class. to this day I'm still a hunt-and-pecker...just glad pc keyboards are easier to use.Good Luck!

Booted the tower a few times, once the memory came loose. Have went through countless cordless mice and keyboards through my system running slow and so on. Would be too scared to count the cost in £'s.

no i have not but i know a friend who has. about the cost it depends what kind of computer you want. you can get as cheap as less than 500 dollars to 2000 and above.next time if your computer gets slower like that call the cutomer service for that product before you break it. costomer service can fix it by the phone on less then 100 dollars but you have to help them and you have to sty on the phone about more than 30 mins

No. I belong to a club that owns a Civil War cannon. We took the *&^% computer out to a firing range and put a single twelve-pound solid shot through it. Spectacular! Then I spent six bills on a new 'puter.

Who hasn't? My old Dell is now compost. It wouldn't load at all on any monitor, so I got a field hockey stick and smashed that 'b' and then got a rubber sledge hammer and finshed it.
$1500

no, but I wanted to!
My kids changed a setting on the power supplyfrom 220 to 110 watts or valts or something, it blew up. Thats the closest we have come to killing a computer.
