Well in 2000 five activists judges "appointed" Bush to office. In 2004 Karl Rove and company used "terrorism" and gay marriages as way to scare the voters to vote Bush in 2004. Let us not forget voting accidents in 2000/2004.

Yes.
First time might have been a mistake.
Second time was asking for trouble.
And they have got it.
Look at all the dead in Iraq, American's as well, and he comes out as a mass murderer.
History will rate him on a par with Hitler.
Except that Bush was able to fool the electorate in what was believed to be an enlightened age.

yes, extremely. But probably it was actually the first time he was voted in. However, by that time everyone who actually voted for him the first time around shoulda figured it out, making them even dumber than the people who voted for him the first time.
