my understanding: you go to add/remove utility in windows and try to uninstall something listed there. But when you uninstall there is an error message about setup.exe

my answer: this usually means that the setup.exe has been tampered with or it is no longer where the uninstall utility would expect the file.

causes for problem: someone using the computer might have removed the file (or a folder containing that file) accidently and so the utility can't find it anymore.

to remove the files you probably just need to manually delete it.

well, strange as it sounds, sometimes if you can't uninstall, try reinstalling first. Otherwise, there are programs on the internet which can uninstall for you.
