Yes!! I thought I was the only one. I feel like I'm about ready to break into a dance number or maybe fly up into the sky. I like being soggy though. I love rain and the water so it works out perfectly for me.

It depends...If it is drizzling then then i dont like walking with an umbrella...but..when it is pouring, i would much rather stick under the umbrella...Being wet is fun....but not if people think that you are crazy for not walking with an umbrella...

No, my hair gets way to curly if it gets wet in the rain. Besides, everyone else around me usually has an umbrella too.

No i dont, i'm British. We Brits are born with Umbrella's, it's a part of who we are ( it rains in England a lot)
