I love the song Gold Digger ,Kanye West, but some of the words are harsh,but they work for the song ,am I selling out.Its one of the best songs ,lyrics and music

Have you ever heard of the term "guilty pleasure"? Last year my guilty pleasure was Rock Star with Tommy Lee. Only my daughter knew and she was disgusted with me. MOM you have better taste than that!
So this song is your "guilty pleasure". Awhile ago I learned a lot about the Beatles and the music of my generation which included a lot of good tunes. I suddenly saw the music industry in completely different eyes but suddenly a song I liked would come on and I would think, "Now that I know what I know, am I selling out listening to it? Then I thought, the harm has been done and the tune was good. Enjoy it but never believe or trust anything again as being what it seems to be on face value. So I listen to it still.
Awareness is the key.
