Hindu b, I'm not trying to offend you in any way. It's just that the things you write are hurting a lot of people. Some of those statistics may be true but it's just not appropriatre to discuss them. It is an embarassment for the african american community and it's not right to rub it in. So how about making some posts that will put a smile on faces and slowly make the world a better place.

There are lot's of great black areas in NYC, like Queens, parts of Staten Island. But like every city there are bad black areas. Parts of Nassau and Suffolk have EXCELLENT and well-off black areas, parts of Wheatley Heights, North Amityville, North Babylon, Manhasset, parts of Hempstead, but unfortunayely defined by it's TERRIBLE school district.

Actually NYC is BURNING hot in the summer, averagely reaches 94 degrees, but it is very COLD in the winter, averagely reaching 24 degrees. NY is among the few places in this nation to have all 4 seasons.

NYS has good school, and lower housing costs upstate but there's high crime rates down in the city. (I'm Upstate NY). Right now NY is having problems with employment...there isn't any......not as much in the city, but there's a serious surplus of teachers.

Los Angeles has tons of opportunity and as for crime, costs, and schools it just depends on the area. East LA is nice. Stay away from the barrios.

the cities which you you have chosen to stay in the two l. a. & long island are surely areas of decrease earnings and with decrease earnings comes different issues - like much less risk-free. i don't comprehend the specifics concerning to the northern NJ areas you have chosen. la has a respectable volume of Muslims yet you will discover very few in Santa Ana, Cypress, Pomona or Chino - Cypress might have extra Muslims yet from an Asian not Arab background. - Pomona & Santa Ana are predominately Hispanic/Latino, as are lots of the areas of Northern NJ you have picked additionally, those areas are actually not very handy in case you attending UC Irvine - Irvine to Chino in non-rush hour would be 40 5 minutes. UCI is a huge college for an economics substantial. yet once you're choosing those areas of la to stay in because of the fact that is what you think of you've gotten sufficient funds, you've gotten sufficient funds it for a reason (that is much less proper).

Both areas have good and bad in all the above mentioned ares. However NY as a state is cheaper than CA buy NYC is one of the most expensive places in all of the US to live. It comes down to warm weather or cold. Warm LA. Cold NY. And I mean really cold.
