Ha ha I noticed how angry the ladies were b/c he used the word "allow" (which is what he wanted LMFAO). But anyway, I see ladies controlling their boyfriends/husbands' clothing all the time

"honey those jeans don't work"
or
"that hat looks ridiculous, you're not going out like that"

Shall we say hypocrisy anyone?

Shall we say split personality anyone?

I think there's a difference between allowing your mate to wear something and giving constructive criticism.

I laugh every time I see a sandstorm question. No one could possible be that chauvinistic lol. Well maybe he is but he isn't my man so I could care less what he says and how he feels about women. All I know is if he is he probably will never have a woman who has any kind of back bone! As for you saying women are hypocrites well maybe you need someone to tell you you look like a fool in the clothes you are wearing. You would think you would want someone to tell you before you walked out the door that you looked terrible!

The only reason women do that is so that the guys don't look like slobs. What sandstorm said is different. Guys usually under dress for things and if they didn't dress so poorly women wouldn't have to help them.

I guess you could say that about some, but not all. I don't usually comment on my husbands attire. I learned a while ago that's who he is. I did have to put my foot down when we got married though. He wanted to wear a t-shirt and shorts. lol
That was just wrong. As long as his clothes are clean, he can wear what ever he wants with out a complaint from me.

OMG, if I didn't buy my man's clothes, he's look like bozo the clown. He has no concept of stripes not going with plaids, I make sure he looks good. ~~~~~~~~~

i love Sandstorms questions!! but seriously, I let my husband do what he pleases, and he lets me do as i please. within our agreed boundaries of course, it's not like we can go screwing other people or anything but yeah, you get the idea.

Not me. If my hubby wants to look like a fool, that's his problem.
