Don't lift heavy weights until you're done growing. Do body weight exercises like it seems you already are, and try for 4 sets of 8 in pullups, 100 push-ups in 2 sets of 50, and the most effective abs regimen is one that changes all the time.

Stop doing old-fashioned crunches, and do a different ab exercise every other day. And try to run a few miles every other day, too.

to me its how long you have worked out cause im 16 and bench 210 and i weigh 166 ./ id would also say your weight or at least close to it.c
