i know that i can lay out a red carpet but what else, i want the decorations to be glamourous and really hollywood like!

I think you should do an Oscar night theme. Have all your friends come all dressed up. Lay your red carpet out so they can walk the red carpet. You can buy those cheap fake Barbies or some doll like that and spray paint them gold. Instead of winning for movie roles, you can give awards for stuff like "Best Dumb Remark", for example. I'm going to do something like this for my daughter's 19th birthday party. I hope all goes well! and Happy Birthday!

have your guests dress as their favorite celebrities and have some guests act like paparazzi asking questions
