I work in a hospital. My coworker came over to my cubicle and farted yesterday, and the odor of it was extremely pungent. I had to stay late to work so I opened up his file drawer and urinated in it, as it was empty (I wouldn't have if it had important papers.) He complained about the smell and I guess there is a camera that caught me. Should I have really been fired? Anyone I can sue for discrimination so I can have my job and hopefully lots of money?

No, you can not sue for discrimination. The two situations are very different. While it is not nice that the other person farted near your desk, he did not take his pants off to do it. You exposed yourself in the office to do your "payback" and I would bet that is the reason for your termination. It may have seemed like it was just a joke, but did it end up being a problem where the drawer had to be replaced because they could not get the smell out? Did any one else see what you did and they were offended by it? I would say the company had grounds to terminate you.

You were caught on camera urinating into a company file drawer. You have no recourse, you should have been fired.

You were not discriminated against in any way. It is not illegal to fire someone for being dumb.
