Yes. The left relies on blacks and minorities to feel inferior to whites so they can say don't worry we will take care of you since you can't do it yourself. It's not just the left it is also people like Jesse Jackson and Al sharpton, not as much Sharpton though. The funny thing is they rely on minority ignorance to believe them which has worked for far too long. For instance do you really think Hillary could have done anything different after Katrina, it wouldn't have been a noticeable difference that's for sure. Would a Dem mayor from New Orleans and a Dem governor from Louisiana have done anything different. That's right they were Dem's at the time and let this happen to the city while parking lots full of buses sat under water. Why, because the left has reinforced in the minority community that the government is the only hope for them.

Of course they will.
It is laughable that the party that blacks are so enthralled with are the same party that has made them dependant and stunted their growth as a political and economic force in this country.
Notice how blacks who work hard, get a good education and achieve prosperity move away from the Dems and embrace the Republicans?
That is because they understand that ANY group who allows themselves to become dependant on government is destined to REMAIN dependant forever.
The Republican outlook is 'let us help you help yourself' not - 'let me give you just enough to get by long enough to vote for me...then let's do it again.'
To this day, liberals (and blacks - much to their shame) denigrate Condi Rice, Colin Powell and others because they don't conform to the Democrat plantation mentality.
The greatest fear of a liberal activist is a conservative minority - it shakes the very foundation of their belief system (that all minorities are unable to prosper without huge social handouts and preferences).
Lets face it, when you constantly deal from the bottom of the deck, eventually the race card is all you've got left.
