I'm just curious because I am LDS and want to know what he said. It seems like, from what I've read in some of these other questions and sites talking about presidental hopefuls, they seem to think they know what the church beleives. I just would like to know what he lied about.

(and no, the LDS church does not believe in polygomy. That's the thing that people ask me ALL the time!)

Um, Romney did turn 18 in 1965, and became a member of the church for the subsequent 13 years earlier than black people being helps in in 1978. I have not have been given any concern with Mormonism. Racism is an argument for me, nevertheless.

Mitt Romney is an honorable man and would be the Republicans best hope of winning. The problem is people have pre-conceived images of the Mormon faith. Instead of going to a Sunday morning service or learning about the religion to see for themselves, they just feed off each other.

Polygamy is still practiced by a very devoted group of people. They believe the churches original beliefs are still Gods rule and the only way to the Celestial Kingdom..

I think you might be referring to his response, when asked by George Stephenapoulos how Muslims would feel about the Mormon belief that Jesus' second coming would be to here in the United States, specifically the New Jerusalem (Missouri?) and would reign here for a thousand years.

He said that it wasn't true, that Mormons believe that the second coming will be in Jerusalem at Mt. Olive.
