i can laready run 5 miles straight but when i get to a game i get tired more easily

Start with one mile a day for at lest three to four weeks then increase it to 2 miles then as you gain endurance you may want to increase it even more as your cardiovasular system grows.
Be sure to drink plenty of water , gatorad or some sports drink.
Do this but be careful not to over do it.

Well if you want to get better at it, its better for your body if you run every other day, so your body has time to rebuild and strengthen the muscles.

it depends, you shouldnt work out too much it hurts your body. it will kill you. so take my advice and stick to 3-4
