I used to think that when I looked at someone more than just a glance it did not mean anything. Now from experience I know that is not the case. Hahaha. Go talk to her.

Well, it could be either of two things :) Since I take it that your a girl and it is a guy you are eyeing I'd say there is some interest in you going on. See guys don't have the tendency to look at girls repeatedly unless they are aiming for eye contact. Or... he is just glancing around the room aimlessly. Try this, pay attention to where he is looking and see if he is more concentrated on you. Any help?

Well Sounds too me like u are eyeing him, and as long as u don't have a booger hanging out of your nose everyday I am sure he is eyeing u. If u are That interested in him say hi , Chat, ask him if him and his friends wanna hang with u and ur friends or something.. Guys Shouldnt be the only ones to go up to the opposite sex. Sounds like he is a bit shy when it comes to that. Make the first move.. He will like it. If u definetly can't make a move then keep making the googly eyes to each other for the rest of the year..... (now what sounds better making a move or possibly spending all year wondering).

Just talk to that person, whoever it is just may like you. You never know, the both of you could make a good couple. But you will never know if you don't try to find out.
