No. Blizzard declares that to play WoW you have to pay a monthly fee for things that Blizzard needs to do. The price is $15 a month. Plus, you can buy $30 dollar game cards which work for 2 months ( 60 days ). Thats what im planning to do.

Behind every online game are whole slew of people (or 2 guys in a garage) who make the game work. Eventually the decent games or level of gaming will ask for a fee to progress the environment of the game.
If you play WoW you will see that every month the game is updated to keep balance, squish bugs, add content and basic maintence.
I have played WoW for a year and in that time the game has changed alot for the better and I see first hand how Blizzard monitors and makes the game better.

WoW is a dumb game.
I wouldnt waste my money on it if i were you.... so you need to find a way to play it for free... ask your friends who have paid for it if you can have a go on their account...

yea, u can get the 14-day trail from any gamestore for $1.99
and just so u noe Runescpae REALLY REALLY sucks so dont play it
