It might be a local phrase in local language, so pardon me, I am unable to describe it any further. If I could, I possibly be not sending this question. :) right !!

It is a great state of being or meditation. The trinity is the main source, but it has also been applied to a Zen like state, similar to the Chinese word "Mu", meaning It is true and not true at the same time.

I've never heard or read the phrase 'Three not three' in any context. Perhaps if you gave a context other than 'it was in a quiz,' I could have more help for you.

I did some 'research' (which you could have easily done using Google). There is a reference to the Christian 'Trilogy' [Father, Son & Holy Spirit] as "Three, not Three". Three aspects of one God. Perhaps that's it.

However, if the quiz was not in any way religeous in nature, that's probably not what they were looking for.
