The artist was a pretty blonde girl called - Robin and the song was released in the mid to late 90s.
She appeared on Top of the Pops and I think she may have been scandinavian.
Someone please help.

i think i know who you are talking about.. she was big in 1996 or 97.. i have the cd. let me go get it...\

okay, "do you know what it takes?" and "show me love" were he two big ones that year. and her name is spelled robyn (if this is who you are thinking of)

I think the girl you're looking for is Robyn. Her biggest hits in the States were "Do You Know (What It Takes)", and "Do You Really Want Me (Show Respect)" I'm not sure what it was in the UK.
