Every single time I get into the car.
We just lost a dear, dear friend in an accident not 10 days ago. The officer said he would have barely been injured had he been wearing his seat belt. Senseless.

I always do when driving or in the front seat. If I'm in the back seat it just depends on the driver.

I do, I think it is ridiculous when people don't. You never know what is going to happen. It has become a habit of mine to put it on when I get into the car and I don't even think about it now.

I always wear mine when I'm driving but for some reason never do when I'm a passenger.

ALWAYS!! I always wear it. My seat belt saved my life a few years ago when I was hit head-on by a drunk driver.
