I have to summarize these three Haikus and I'm not sure exactly how to do that....

Keep straight down this block,
then turn right where you will find
a peach tree blooming

That frozen star there,
or this one on the water, –
Which is more distant?

With a twitching nose
A dog reads a telegram
On a wet tree trunk.

Or if you find a different Haiku by Richard Wright that's easier to summarize feel free to give me that one. You help is appreciated!!!

The first one would be giving directions to someone to find a peach tree.
The second one is confusing but I think it's asking which is closer the reflection or the actual thing.
The last one I have no clue what it's about sorry.
I'm not positive on any of these but I hope they help!

1. just directions to a peach tree
2. just asking you to tell distance.....i think
3. dogs pee on trees so I guess the dog smells it and knows that that tree is taken.

I would just repeat them to yourself over and over again. Take a break for a little while and do something else. Then try again. Your brain seems to do better with lots of beginnings.
