About 2 weeks ago my computer has been stuck on "16" colors and I can hardly view pics or anything.. I tried changing it but it wont change.. what happend???

Your video card driver needs to be replaced or upgraded.

Once that occurs, you can get higher settings than the 'default' you are on now.

reinstall your video card driver then update the video card driver
from the manufacturer's website.
