i am looking for a song that was on the show The Wire?

The last episode of season 1...the song played at the very end of the episode (the little montage) right before Omar came on the screen
it had a really bluesy feel to it...it was very cool but i cant find the name of it on the credits...any ideas of how i could find out what it was???
