my grandmother lived in west virginia and there was no will and now the family is fighting over her house cause my 1 uncle wants to sell it. he didnt even wait a month after her death to start anything and he is no communicating with the rest of the sibilings is this right or what can be done?

Until the court completes the Probate process.

If there was no will, no one in your family can make any decisions about this. This has to go through the State's Probate Court and they will make the decisions about the dispensation of the property. None of your family has the rights to make these sorts of decisions. I'm surprised that the state hasn't contacted you on this. You would be wise to suggest this to your family as they could be accused of fraud or theft, etc., for the improper dispensation of your grandmother's estate. Your uncle, nor anyone else has no legal authority to sell the house. Only the court-appointed administrator does.

Until the court finishes determining how the property is to be distributed, and until all the paperwork for executing that distribution is completed.
