It probably wasnt even worth it. The lawyers formed the class to help themselves not you. You will hardly recover the stamp you put on the envelope to sign up.Before you go jumping on a class action bandwagon you need to educate yourself about class action lawsuits. http://biyts.info "The average attorneys' fees have been 40% of the total reward." that was for the asbestos cases. I was in on that. I received several letters in the mail for a while, then they just stopped coming. I think the amount of money we will receive is only between $8.00 and $13.00 or something like that. I used to let H&R Block prepare my taxes every year until about 5 years ago or something like that. I dont know anything else about it. I have no idea when or if we will ever actually get the $$$ from them. I haven't been very concerned about it since the anount is so small.
