Free Real Estate Website for realtors in alberta, canada?

I am a mortgage broker from Edmonton Alberta, and I have a question for realtors in Alberta Canada. Would you pay a nominal monthly fee for web hosting if the website was for free? If yes how much would the fair market price be for hosting?

If you have the pay $19.95CDN per month, that would probably be OK depending on what level of service you offer.
