whatever she thinks about it, she has been RAPED
statutory rape means when a person is too young to give legal consent, therefore even if she allowed it, in law, she has not given consent.
she has been taken advantage of, and the person who did it needs to be treated as a rapist

Personally, I wish I coulda had sex when I was 10... without the std's and pregnancy that would be a dream...
But it doesnt work that way... so I have waited...
If it wasnt thought badly upon, then I wouldnt care...
But to me, the little girl is a tramp...
My little cousin brought something up to me the other day...
Im 18 and he is 8... he said, Im bigger than you (meaning penis size...)
I was like "look kid, your 8 yrs old, you dont even have a penis yet... " lol...
"Your giving into peer pressure which means your pathetic... "
I mean, an 8 yr old thinks he is bigger and more bad-asss than me...
Its funny how little kids act nowdays...
Its the same way about little girls... most of them cant have babies until around 13, which doesnt necessarily mean they should start having sex at that age... they havent matured and dont know how to handle those situations...
yes, guys think it is hot in the moment, but it haunts them later...

I've read some of these answer's & I'm w/ them-How OLD was the guy??! Where was the mother,for something like that to happen??! I have a 10yr.old & I know where she is at all time's! For the most part-& WHO she's with! Whoever did this to this CHILD should have something done to him-( don't think another CHILD could do that!!!) Whoever did this to that little girl, should be chastized! It kill's me to hear of INNOCENT kid's being molested!!!!!I'd bet money on it- whoever did this IS NOT 10 also!!! If I were her mother, I'd get her into counseling, because who know's what this has done to her!! & find out WHO did it!! & God HELP him, wene I did!!!!!!! Very sad....Also,I just re-read your Q.- Doe's the mom even KNOW??? I would TELL her NOW!!I just read somemore answer's-what is wrong here?!?!?!! the child is 10yrs.old for God's sake!!!Keep her leg's closed????OH My God!!! That's ridiculous and just not right. Her parents should know about this in case it was an abusive situation. If they don't care, I'd report it to Social Services - find out who the male was and have him arrested - statutory rape. If he's a kid himself, his parents should be notified also. If this kid looks and acts a lot older than 10, she needs some counseling herself. One never knows nowadays, she may have consented to this.
My God, my friend's granddaughter is 10 and no way could I see her having sex. She is still a little girl playing with her dolls and stuffed animals and that's the way it should be.

Talk to an adult, a teacher, her parent preferably... Was this consensual sex?? At 10 years old this girl does not have a clear understanding of what sex is and whoever had sex with her should be held accountable... Clearly this child's family has not taught her any morals, how to respect herself OR has been sexually assaulted.. either way an adult needs to look into this situation!!

I would definitely talk to your friend. 10 is far too young, physically and emotionally, to be having sex. Is there some kind of abuse happening? Was the boy close to the same age? Depending on what state she lives in, it is probably illegal as well.
Having sex at the age of 10 is not a good thing. Please encourage your friend to help her sister and talk to the proper authorities.

That should be reported to the police, or family services and the person she had sex with prosecuted.
It is shocking and will no doubt negatively affect her the rest of her life.

i don't know. sounds like some sort of abusive situation. maybe if it was with someone her own age, it could have been experimentation. at 10 i had no idea what sex was. at 14, i was too terrified of sex to actually do it. at 15, i was plum ready ripe for the pickin! i suppose it's different for everyone.

wow... try to teach her about sex.. she needs a talk quick.. a 10 yr old dosent' fully understand what sex entailes
also get her to a doctor to get tested for std's
and this would never happen, well not never, but the youngest girl to get pregnant and have a child was 5 yrs old... ya ... 5 yrs old.. look it up... sure it's online

Holy crap that is totally odd...
I mean yes it's true that the youngest mother was 5 but that was because of a very rare condition where you hit puberty at a really young age but since you hit puberty at like eight now I mean she best watch herself
