The Seahawks. They have been much busier than the Falcons in free agency. Although they don't have a first round draft, the Hawks are already stacked on both defense and offense. Throw in Kerney, the two safeties and now Pollard (so long Stevens), and thier D takes a giant step forward. Not to mention, they have Mora Jr as the DB coach whom I feel is being groomed to take over for Holmgren. The Seahawks will be in the playoff picture for years to come, if we can hold off the 49ers.

Seahawks easily. The Falcons are dysfunctional, and will remain so until they give up on Vick being a franchise QB.

Best name: falcons... i mean come on, falcons are sweet and awesome birds of prey.
Best skill wise: Seahawks.. they are a good football team, much better than the Falcons.

Seahawks will destroy the Falcons in a game. Vick can't carry the team by himself. Hassleback and Alexander are a great tandem.

seawhawks for sure. they just got patrick kerney of the falcons. with juilius peterson, taptu, winstrom and their defense. their offense they will start with a healthy hassleback and alexander with deion branch, Jackson, burlenson, and engram, and jeremy stevens. they will be top team if passing and rushing like they had when alexander won MVP . with their teams, they have what it takes to be a super bowl winning squad
