i think the black one, black is formal but the bow and polka dots will make it a little more semi-formal, brown with flowers is not so much.

I'd say the brown dress because it's spring time and it has flowers on it. Even though brown is not a spring color, it's a nuetral color and I think that will be great. Bloom in your dress and shake what yo mamma gave ya!!!!
