Depends. If your period is normal lasting 4-6 days and is on time I'd say you are fine.
If there is spotting in place of the period, that's a different story.

There is a chance, but it is a small one. This is partly because you did not say if the sex was a day or a week before the period, and also because nothing is absolute.

If you had sex the day before your period began, and then the period was normal, including running its full time, the chances are very good that you are not pregnant.

Sperm may survive in your body for 3 to 5 days, if conditions are right for that, but the next egg will not be released until after the first week following the period.


If you had sex a week before the period began, then there may be a slim chance that your body will be different from most others, but, generally, pregnancy is improbable.
