I think Sublime is funny also Adam Sandler had a CD out circa 96-97 and it was him singing the most HILARIOUS songs

check out the folk legend arlo guthrie, namely his 18 minute and 40 second long masterpiece "alice's restaurant" and his 6 minute "motorcyle song (the significance of the pickle)" both are funny as heck.

Richard Cheese is my favorite, but he only re-does existing songs. I also like They Might Be Giants, and Tenacious D.
