Again it could be any of those.

A juvenile could be detained in their home (A), or in a juvenile facility (B). Detention could also be dependent on bail (C).

It seems like you're doing a homework assignment where the teacher wants to to find the answers in a specific book. And that book may have a single answer. But reality is more flexible.

disposition is "sentencing" in the juvenile world. from the phrasing of this sentence it appears that youth was order to remain in custory at juvenile detention pending disposition of the offense.
