I have a professional resume with education, activities, gpa, work, and skills

but i also have a theatrical resume... should i give employers both? I am not sure if there will be any performing arts employers here but will it look good that i am so well rounded?

Bring your professional resume, performing arts employers do not hire or attend job fairs that are geered more towards professional positions. If you would like to include your theatrical interests on your resume put it in the activities section. But don't over do the activities or an employer may think that it could be a problem with your going to a job regularly and asking for time off all the time!

You should do research on the Job Fairs that you attend. Find a list of about 10 different companies that you are very interested in speaking with. After that, check out the website of each of those ten companies and find out more about each one and the positions open at each one. Then you can customize a cover letter and resume for each of these companies.
For all the other companies, bring copies of each resume that you have and deliver whichever one seems appropriate. TALK to the representatives from the companies before handing them a resume! This way you will not only be handing out the most appropriate resume, you will also be showing an interest in the company rather than a more selfish interest in merely finding yourself a job.

Bring the professional resume. There won't be any PA employers at a job fair; save the theatrical resume for casting agents. A theatrical background to the professional world doesn't read "well-rounded" so much as it reads "flaky."

Sorry to sound brutal (I have a PA background, too), but it's the truth.

Good luck finding a great day job. :)
