I know what changing the usb you put a device into can confuse it sometimes but if i cant find any usb port that will recognise my device is there something i can do to make it recognise it??thank you

You either have an older style of USB(USB v1.0) or you don't have the proper driver installed for your USB device, OR your device is not plug-and-play compatible and would require a reboot every time you connect it while the comp is booted up.

It depends on what operating system you are using. For instance, Mac OX recognized everything you plug into it, Windows XP does OK, and lesser Windows versions usually need a driver installed first.

your comp has to have some specific driver to recognize the device. plug it in, and then wait a bit for your comp to find the driver and install it. then it should recognize it

this is definitely because of Kodak's utility replace. this is performed this to three of my shopper's machines too. the respond is to reinstall a sparkling reproduction from the CD or watch for Kodak to come lower back out with yet another replace to repair their previous one.
