Look and see if you can find a pattern with multiple sizes that has your measurements. If the pattern that you find has this then when you cut it out you will see lines for each size, on a skirt for instance.......... there will be only 1 of each pattern piece, however when you look at it it will look like there has been a "mistake" made and it was stamped several times. After deciding which of your measurements fall on the size lines then you can cut the pieces out following the lines. A skirt for instance would have your waist and hip measurements. If your waist is a size 10, then your hips are a size 4 you can taper the lines by following them to each size. Also if you want to try different sizes you can trace the pattern pieces onto white tissue paper that you can find at the dollar store in the gift wrap section. Use tape if you need to tape this paper together, use the "magic: tape since you can draw on the tape. IF you do this make sure you transfer ALL markings to this "drawing". I would suggest starting with something easy, you can find patterns at JoAnns a lot of times for $1, buy one or two for a trial run, use a cheap fabric of the type suggested and make the outfit. If you go to Walmart you can find fabric for $1 a yard. Remember you don't have to like the colors this is only a trial run.

I would also suggest since your measurements aren't a "normal" pattern measurement try a 2 piece outfit which you would buy 2 patterns for, a blouse or top that you like then pair it with a skirt or pants that you like.

I use the multiple patterns all the time. I love them for making kids clothing, if you buy a pattern that starts at 2 years old you can find it up to 6 years old in the same envelope, the pieces are smaller since it is childrens clothing, I will trace each size onto tissue paper before cutting them out. This way I can make clothing for several kids at various ages without buying multiple patterns.

I hope this helps you. I love to sew and I also collect patterns, right now I have about 400 different patterns.
