in the last episodes, Jack is playing rugby with the Others... I missed several episodes... So, is Jack part of Them?

I think he is just playing along with the others until hes rescued by his people. But he does seem pretty comfortable there.

He saw Kate and Sawyer sleep together and got upset and made a deal with the others to get off the island.

That is the first episode where he's chummy with them like that. But it sure seems like he's comfortable now. He's an other. Or he's trying to make them believe he is.

No, it's a combination (I believe) of Stockholm Syndrome and survival skills. If he consistently works against them, they may kill him. They didn't have a dr. before. And since some of them have tried to be nice to him, there's probably a little of Stockholm involved.
