I know that I have become overly dry with my pregnancy and the spring time. The best thing to do is have lots of lotion. Take some together time and help her apply it while you still have the time. Good luck!!

Nothing. She can try lotions for itching, or baking soda in her bath water, but nothing will totally get rid of it until after the baby is born. Has she been tested for liver enzyme problems? If she hasn't she needs to be. All over itching can signal a syndrome called HELLP (Hemolysis, Elevated Liver enzymes and Low Platelet count). If she notices anything like pain in her upper-right abdomen, gastrointestinal pain, nausea, vomiting, headaches or other symptoms like she is sick, she needs to be seen. If all she is having is just itching, it may be nothing. This late in pregnancy, the baby would fine if it was delivered. I would have her call her doctor and talk to them about it. Basically, this condition can cause liver function deterioration, so it needs to be checked out. Until the baby is born, there is nothing they can really do for the itching.

Lots of women have itching from the skin stretching. Lotion is really the only thing that helps. If she has a rash then ask the doctor about it. If it's just itching then it's pretty common and should get better after the baby comes.

I actually had something like this. It was/is called PUPP. It is very itchy. Buy some over the counter lotion/cream like Eucerin or something similar. Make sure it has no fragrance as this can increase it. Also check w/ doctor they may be able to give her a medicated lotion.

the child is fairly properly secure in the uterus. It won't additionally be waiting to tell you adult males are having intercourse. you could't probable harm or harm or touch the child on an analogous time as having intercourse. i'd say to stop around the thirty ninth-fortieth week, by way of fact the child's head is particularly low, very virtually in the start canal. each time until now this is superb, in keeping with wellbeing practitioner's suggestion, so have at it and fulfill your spouse! She's donning your infant- you extra appropriate do something for her!

lol.. I think you meant 37 weeks. Anyhow.. It could be something with her liver. (intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy). The bile acids build up in your blood stream and come out in your skin. Causes INTENSE itching mostly on your hands and feet. I would have her talk with her OB about it. Soon she will have the baby and it will all be over. Good luck

It's a pregnancy-related thing and not all that uncommon. The titer of pregnancy hormones in her body can induce a histamine reaction that causes the "itchies". Her doc may be able to prescribe her something to help.

A lot of pregnant women get itchy on their tummies because of the skin stretching out...but it sounds like she's itchy all over. Just one of those weird pregnancy symptoms....they're endless.
