On a 3 bed property which is empty, has floorboards throughout & only has a concrete floor in the extended kitchen which has a flat roof.

If there is sheet rock up you will be looking at around $15000 to $20000 and no sheet rock up around $10000 to $15000
And that is with nothing fancy
