I have seen their advert on MonsterJobs for homebased agents. I then saw another site where some people are unhappy about working for them?

Does anyone work for these guys or have you hear anything about them that may help with making the choice of working for them or not? thanks for your info.

I used to work for TeleTech in the UK then was made redundant after 3 years. What I will say within 6 months of starting I was promoted, then 3 months after that I became a manager of my call centre team. They are a good company to work for and if you work hard you get a lot back. Unfortunately redundancies happen. they were some of the happiest times of my career.

Just to note this is my opinion and it really is up to you to make the decision.
