You need to really work on your self esteem. It's your insecurities coming out, and do you honestly want them to show? Don't be ignorant in thinking otherwise, you are subjecting your weakness when you show this terrible fault- jealousy. Work on your appearance that truly helps! When you look good, you feel good, and when you truly feel good, jealousy becomes extinct- trust me, been there done that, and will never look back. : )

You need to work out why you feel jealous, and then hopefully you will be able to work it out with the people that are within your home. If you all try together you will hopefully be able to resolve it. The main thing is that you realise that there is a problem and you want to get help about it, but you need to sit down and make a list of all the times you have been jealous and see if there is a pattern

Yeah id say go to the doctors and see they can get you some counselling or something. I used to be a very jealous person and it caused lots of problems in my relationship with my partner. I took anti depressants and talked about it and feel much better about things now i still get a little jealous but nowhere near the way i used to get. I hope you can get it sorted good luck.

The first step is admitting that you have a problem!! Well Done!!! If you feel that you are about to have a jealous episode or say something that you regret go to your bedroom and sit on your bed for 5 Min's this will give yourself time to reflect. Or write down what is causing to behave like this... This will help you overcome your jealousy.

Perhaps there is a valid reason for your jealousy. you have the right to feel loved and secure in a relationship, if you do not then has something happened to destroy your trust? if so talk with your partner/husband, let him know how you feel, if he cares he will be sensitive to your feelings no matter how irrational he might think they are and he will go out of his way to show you that you are number one in his life above all else. Jealousy is so destructive to a relationship but so too is indifference.I hope you can get part this and enjoy each other as you shoud.

You have to learn that trust is one of the important things in a relationship. Ask yourself how you would feel if it were you that was in the other shoes. Being jealous can destroy a relationship. There is no need to be jealous, if he is going to look he will do it regardless, if he is going to cheat he will do it regardless, and being jealous only drives them to do what you are jealous of. Put yourself in their shoes and ask how you would feel before acting on an emotion of jealousy.

I don't think anyone is jealous by design....so through thinking, journaling or counseling....really try to get to the root of WHY you are jealous. What are you afraid is going to happen? Why do you feel that way? I'm sure there is a reason and I am sorry for your pain. Best wishes to you.

You need to explain a little more, what do you get jealous over and why?
Jealousy can come from feeling insecure within yourself, lack of self esteem, confidence, lots of things.
Get an appointment with your Doctor,or have a chat with a good friend, someone you can trust..talk about it and Im sure you will get over it...Good luck.

Ask your self WHY you are so jealous, are you feeling guilty about something? even if it happened years ago it could still be having an effect on your subconscious thoughts making you react in a jealous way. be honest and so will your partner, then you will have nothing to be jealous of.

Being a jealous person does not get you anywhere, if someone wants to roam they will whether you are watching them or not. It would be a lot better if you could be happy and fun to be with so your partner really wants to be with you. Good luck
