Well, you have Exeter, NH and Exeter, RI. If its NH then look into Manchester Airport. If its RI then look into T.F. Green Airport/Providence. Both of these airports are serviced by Southwest. That's if you are flying within the United States.

Exeter, NH? Southwest flies into Manchester but then you have the problem of getting from Manchester to Exeter.

If you have no one to pick you up at airport and if you can get a cheap flight to Boston there is Amtrak from Boston to Exeter. Quite inexpensive but only 4 trains a day.

There may also be Boston to Exeter bus service; I am not sure.
