Do you have a small business (like just you and your spouse), or a home based business and earn 6 figures?. If so, what kind of business is it?, how long did it take you?

I do and it is an information website where I earn primarily through advertising (see my profile). Been at it since 1999.

It was fairly quick - just 6 months after launching, I already got several big names to sponsor our key pages and I got a content licensing agreement which pays for using our content. Article submission is good, but article submission that PAYS is even better.

I can say that I too have an income on my small, home-based company in the 5 figure range, but it isn't easy. I've been at it for 3 years, and the advantage is that I keep earning residuals on deals I have closed in the past. There are opportunities out there - you just need to know how to scope them out, and be careful about the ones that seem too good to be true.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

i just started 2 months ago and it is 5 figures so far if you remove the decimal point :) my guess is you will get a lot of get rich quick scemes for answers. I have tried many and I have made about 400 in 2 months but I really worked for that money. It is getting a bit easier but if someone promises quick riches beware, OH, I never paid for anything ie membership, partnership etc those are just MLM scams. you can email me and I am willing to share what I did, I hope that it increases as time goes on and I am seeing that a little, but the internet is a place that you can work hard for a few months and your work goes down and your pay goes up

My mom has a small business (with a partner and only a couple employees) and after about 15 years, it's doing pretty well. They're doing sales each year up into the 7 figures. So it can be done.

Hi, Tom! After years of hard work and multiple streams of income derived from multiple products and services, I'm happy to report that I (no spouse) earn a six-figure income. As you know, I own a training company. And what do you do? Are you trying to find a way to parlay your work experience into an entrepreneurial endeavor? If so, feel free to tell me how I can help you.

I do. I have actually made money with this free program without paying a dime. I was skeptical at first, but it works it just takes patience, and a little time.
