How do you know how far along you are (prenant) if you think you had your period a month ago or spotting?

It all depends on the day you conceived. You should go to your doctor and they can tell you.

You go from the first day of your last period. If that was 4 weeks ago, you're 4 weeks pregnant. If in doubt, once you go to your doc he/she will do an ultrasound and tell how far along you are by the baby's size. Hope I helped!

If you are unsure when your last menstrual period was your Dr can date your pregnancy with an ultrasound.
